I like what I see in the mirror

It's focused

It's intense

My favorite pose - Dancer's pose

My standing leg is rock solid

My bending leg is graciously kicking high

My hip and shoulder are aligned

My body is automatically bending forward in beauty

I promise myself

To be still

To be gracious

To be easy

To be a little dancer

For a moment

In that instance

Giving myself a chance to dance

I like what I see in your eyes

My heart is dropping out

My breath is almost stopped

My body is warming inside out

You shower me with much love and affection

You take away my fear and insecurity

You give me strength and tenacity

You are patience with me

I promise myself

To be still

To be open

To be loving

To be a little lover

For a moment

In that instance

Giving myself a chance to love

Short instances

Total indulgences

Absolute mindfulness

Change the gear of vibration

If you get the key right

You will light the right aura and charisma

The energy within you

I like what I see in the mirror

In deep relaxation

I invite lotus wisdom

To shine through me

My body is still

My mind is still

My soul is whispering

There is a Buddha within

In the mirror

Our eyes meet

I promise myself

To be love

To be joy

To be kind

To be compassionate

To be forgiving
